SY8100C turbine digital electro-hydraulic regulator
The SY8100C digital electric hydraulic control system is an integrated embedded control equipment applicable to turbomachinery. It is mainly used for controlling the small single-pumping, pure-condensing, back-pressure, combined heat and power generation or drag-type and other turbomachinery in ships or at general industrial fields.
The SY8100C digital electric hydraulic control system is based on a high-performance real-time operating system platform, with the maximum control period not exceeding 10ms for ship-use model and not exceeding 20ms for common models. With powerful computation capacity and high computation speed, it meets the requirements such as the real-time response of turbomachinery. The parameters of control functions can be flexibly configured and modified, so as to adapt to the demands of different controlled objects; the function of data storage in power failure is also provided. Operator station or 10-inch LCD touch screen can be selected and configured as graphical monitoring and operation screen. It can be connected seamlessly with the new generation of DCS system of the Company to become a functional sub-system of the DCS system.
